Lawson Plummer - C.E.O.
Mr. Lawson Plummer founded Secure 1 Services, LLC with the help of two other partners in 2010. Lawson served eight years in the military, four years in Europe and four stateside. Throughout his tour in Europe he worked with highly ranked officers and dignitaries, foreign and domestic. Upon returning stateside, Lawson changed career fields to Air Transportation and Education and Training. These career fields afforded him the experience of handling sensitive material and also training small and larger groups of individuals.
Over the eight years of Lawson’s military career he attained knowledge of anti-terrorism, force protection, and Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC). His dedicated service was proven by his two Air Force Achievement Medals, Air Force Commendation medal, National Defense medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, and various other achievements. Lawson was also decorated as a marksman using the M-16 assault rifle.
Lawson has been teaching Korean martial arts for over twenty years. He is also versed in boxing, Tae Kwon Do, JuiJitsu, Short Stick, and Edged Weapons. His specialties are in joint manipulation and locking, arresting/detaining techniques, escorting techniques, and short stick fighting. He has taught and assisted self-defense seminars and workshops international and domestic along with teaching defensive tactics for Army Special Forces groups. Lawson assisted in training with Armor Group for Defensive Tactics of individuals further assigned to escort details in undisclosed locations. He also acquired licensing as a Commissioned Officer with the Texas Department of Public Safety along with a certification in Defensive Tactics, Counter Ambush Training Certified by I.C.E. Training, and is a Conceal Handgun License holder.
Along with his military and martial arts training, Lawson is also a health coach, and certified in acupressure and reflexology. Additionally he holds a degree in General Education.
