Marcellus Clark - Director of IT Infrastructure

Mr. Marcellus Clark joined the Secure 1 Services firm in 2013. He is a fourteen year United States Air Force Veteran and has served two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. During his military career, Marcellus managed the largest Network Control Center in the U.S. Air Force managing 45 people. He was Chief of Network Security for all of NSAnet assets for Germany. He solely built, secured and deployed a communications network for DEA, Navy, Air Force, Marine, Army, and Coast Guard utilization.

Over Marcellus’s fourteen year military career he attained knowledge of anti-terrorism, force protection, and Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC). His dedicated service was proven by his five Air Force Commendation Medals, National Defense medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, and Joint Service Meritorious Service Medal. Mr. Clark is also a 10 time decorated marksman proficient with the M-16/M-4 assault rifle.

Marcellus holds a 2nd degree black belt in the traditional Korean martial art Kuk Sool Won. He is proficient with joint manipulation and locking, arresting/detaining techniques, escorting techniques, long and short stick fighting. He has taught multiple Women’s Self-defense classes over the years promoting women empowerment.

Additionally, Marcellus is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Federal Information Technology Security Professional – Operator (FITSP-O), and Security+ certified.

Marcellus holds a degree in Information Systems Management.
